It saddens when Sports Managers are only given 10-12 games to prove themselves and their fate is sealed right there and then. Companies sack employees, treating them like pawns in a game of chess…. Arh, just another pawn….
There’s this person I respect that made this comment…. ‘Treat employees like your sons, daughters (If they are younger), dads, mums (older), sisters, brothers (similar age)’. Give them chances after chances until you know it’s not suitable. 5 year, 10 year plans are great. But people are not chess pieces on a battlefield. (Arh… That knight is useless.. Let’s use it as a sacrifice). People matter… Everyone is unique and special…
People wonder why there’s this generation of people that’s loyal to our Pastors. Well… Simple.. Because people matter to them. They give chances…. 5, 10, 20.. Infinite..
People matter… They do… Rome was not built in a day. Even Pineapples need one year before they’re full grown. Have faith in people. Be patient with people.
